Welcome to the men-only 2½ day Out of the Blue residential seminar, in Rösrath/Köln, Germany, 7-9 February, 2020. Our focus and mission is to provide you with the knowledge, understanding, methods and tools needed to find your way out of emotional unhealth in the form of depression, burnout, anxiety and stress.
